At Games and Stuff, we want you to love your new gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to leveling up your style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping mailer and include your packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is confirmed.
